Research On Development Strategies For Hunan FERI Science & Technology Co., Ltd.

Formulating the appropriate developmental strategy is the effective way to develop fast and be in the advantage in the market competition for the enterprise. In order to achieve enterprise's development targets and keep the leading status for dominating product and participate in the international market competition positively, FERI Science & Technology Co., Ltd, the Chinese electronic products equipment manufacturer, proposed the enterprise scale goal which grows by each broad 30% speed. Therefore, we must conduct the strategic research to the FERI's development.This paper study and applied the enterprise developmental strategy theory first, then analyzed the international and domestic sale environment of FERI. It had carried on the investigation to the market of the Equipment for Electronic Products Manufacturing. It also had carried on analysis to the market of the electronics industry kiln stove and customer's produce. It proposed this company's strategic forecast and indicated the destination which company's future service composition and the company will go forward applying the SWOT analysis method. This proposed a long-term development direction for the FERI Company. Specially it conducted the key research to developmental strategy for the near five years and corresponded with the key product by the SWOT method. So we completed the strategic planning that taking the market as the guidance, developing by the product.The paper had conducted the research to the implementation tactic of the developmental strategy. First, the article had studied particular strategy of establishing the perfect leadership organizations and agencies and the management system. Then it proposed that strengthens the organization project management and the implementation goal management strategy. And then it searched after the science effective process control and the risk management tactic when implementing the strategy, At last, this article proposed that should cultivate the new enterprise culture to be adapted to the developmental strategy of FERI, and promote developmental strategy smooth implementation by enterprise culture.This research results have the actual combat reference function to the developmental strategy of FERI Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Also it has the certain reference value to developmental strategy research for the equipment manufacture enterprises.
