Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous expansion of China's urba-n scale,under the support of govermment policy funds,the heating industry ushered i-n the spring of development.The construction and development of urban central heat-ing has become an effective way to realize energy saving and consumption reductio-n,reduce environmental pollution and take the road of sustainable development in Ch-ina's national economy and society.The current good form in the market for heating i-ndustry is both opportunity and challenge,and for fll-time in heating heating compan-y,how in today's economy is rapidly changing seize the policy support,quickly set u-p their own core technology,form their own talent team,to adapt to the demand of th-e market,is the current heating industry need to attach importance to the big proble-m.Therefore,this paper takes baorun heat supply com.Itd.in the zhungeerqi sand diggi-ng and blocking development zone as a specific example,through specific analysi-s and research,and finally find a suitable way for the company's development.This paper is mainly carried out from the following aspects: firstly,the introductionintroduces the research background and content of this paper;secondly,the relevant l-iterature review explains the terms and theories used in this paper;Then introduces t-he internal and external environment faced by companies,through the analysis of th-e PEST and SWOT analysis method,such as the company's internal and external envi-ronment and found the treasure to embellish the existing heating company chargin-g method,difficulty of collecting fees and waste of thermal energy,lack of profession-al talents,the problem such as the contradiction in the heating,and finally accordin-g to the specific problems from the product,cost,personnel,brand,service and so o-n solving measures are put forward.Through research,this paper believes that both external environment and internal e-nvironment are more beneficial than harmful to the current development of borun he-ating company.Therefore,the company should seize this development opportunity t-o realize the integration of products,prices,talents,brands and services on the basis o-f clear target market competition strategy.Achieve new product innovation,control co-st budget,train professionals and improve service marketing and other goals.Achiev-e the expansion of scale and area.
