As the mainstream of enterprise information technological development at present, ERP software is one of the best management tools for the enterprises raising management level, enhancing competitive ability. The stock management is the important constituent of the corporation management, also is one of important modules in ERP system software.The main research object of this thesis is ERP management system of the manufactural enterprise- Shanghai shentie Constructon Factory, Author analysis and research the stock management sub- module and its related content in the ERP management system. This factory belongs to the middle and small scale single unit small volume production enterprise, in order to effectively realizes the ERP system, fully plays the stock management subsystem role in factory management, according to earnestly investigates and practice based on the existing system, author has proposed the rationalization plan to construct the ERP system, designed overall ERP system scheme which conforms to this factory character. And combining with stock management related theory and the advanced information technology, Author has proposed design plan of stock system and material code faced with ERP system. After analyzing and researching material stock control and stock management system in ERP system, according to the factory actual situation, author has proposed complex stock control pattern and the particular implementation process. Use the method of combined theory with practice to optimize service process, thus through the ERP system ,realize the integration between information technology and the scientific management method ,make the advanced management theory turn to practice, truly make information technology play a effective management role in enterprise resources , make sure the enterprise will be at the superiority position in the intense market competition.
