Study Of YLC Hydro Power Company Material Management Stock Control

With the development and advancement of the science, technology and society,the scale of construction project is enlarging, and its complexity is deepening,which need adopt useful stock control tactic,and apply in the information system practically. On the foundation of Lan chang river Hydropower project material management system analysis, aiming at the lack of the stock control,based of the inhere stock control tactic, the paper chose the safe stock control,and choose the safe stock to avoid the lack. Give the mathematic formula on the project background also. Combined with the characteristics of the ration management and stock management,this paper expatiated on the method and approach of material management in hydropower construction,analyzed the target of the lancang river material management,induced the operation and information flow of material management. based on it,the paper provided the control model and relative mathematic formula,and adopted new stock control tactic to the lack of the old model. The constitution and selection of the correlative decision-making information,including the application of the project. Under the practical project background,the author participated in the exploitation of the material information system,the main job is the analysis and programming of the material plan and the data processing associated with the stock control. The paper introduced the information system by the main operation flow of material management,analyzed and summarized the project item stock control mathematic model , the application of the project was also introduced.
