Most of the manufactures face the overcapacity and high financial cost problem. To improve the management and enhance the market competitive is the main objective for manufactures. Procurement costs is the main expenditure for a producer; To low the procurement cost and improve the procurement model are the important means to improve the efficiency.Upon the purchasing management theory, this thesis combines the practical work experience and data, analyze production enterprise current purchasing situation, DZ company as an example, summarize the spare parts management problem of group division company, present improvements on code system, inventory, purchasing strategy and parts supplies management, and forward to analyze and prove the executive valuable results.First of all, this issue summarize the importance of spare parts management in production enterprise,analyze current situation of spare parts from domestic and overseas enterprise, introduce scholars’ research on spare parts management, provide the theory for DZ spare parts management research.
