| This thesis is subject to introducing a new judging method of purchasing plan, which is matching system of purchasing plan regarding the utility boiler manufacture. Since the material cost of utility boiler take up 72% of its price. As the boiler manufacture output increases, the uncertainty rises in the complexity of product and project execution. The topic that how to match the inventory and manufacture is closely related to the control of inventory cost and requires purchasing department's solution. Based on the inventory management theory and years of experience in boiler manufacture, the article analyzes the internal and external environment of the boiler manufacturer, the features of boiler materials, the structure of inventory in past years, the safe stock of materials and parameters that impact the purchasing cycle, and then forward a purchasing plan matching system with the help of material classification method and SAP system. The verification calculation of the plan matching system shows the time and quantity of key material refilling and provides suggestion to the purchaser, as well as the milestone to evaluate the purchasers' performance. Thepian matching system is firstly used in the material purchasing in power plant manufacture and it is proved to the effective in the actual condition. The model will have positive effect on the purchasing activity of boiler material purchasing and control the inventory to a reasonable level. |
