Analysis On The Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of New-type Urbanization Development In Gansu Province

New urbanization is the urbanization featuring urban-rural co-ordination,urban-rural integration,production-urban interaction,economy conservation,ecological livability and harmonious development as the basic characteristics of coordinated development of small,medium and large cities,small towns and new rural communities and mutual promotion Urbanization.The new urbanization pays attention to the integration of urban and rural areas,the urban and rural fairness and humanity town,pays attention to the green towns and low-carbon towns and has a beautiful ecological environment;pays attention to the sustainable development of the regional economy and the harmonious society;pays attention to the rational distribution of industries,efficient coordination of urban structure;Reasonable layout,perfect function,scale coordination of urban agglomerations.In the new historical period when the state actively and steadily promotes urbanization and efforts to improve the quality of urbanization,it actively explores a suitable model for the new-type urbanization in Gansu Province so that Gansu Province embarks on a humanistic,sustainable,intensive,efficient,coordinated and ecological civilization The new road of urbanization has a special significance.This article go further in macroscopic appraisal about a new type of urbanization of Gansu province based on theoretical research of the new type of urbanization,then came to the conclusion that the level of the new type of urbanization of Gansu province is not high that is so far below the national average level,urban system structure is not reasonable;There is a expand trend of urban-rural income gap;There is a diversified trend of employment structure of the newly-increased urban population,but it is hard for rural population to get a job in the city;The city constructions of corollary facilities is not universal coverage;The level of environment should be improved.The polarized phenomenon about the level of the new type of urbanization of Gansu province is very serious analyzed in the microcosmic,Jia Yu Guan and Jin Chang and Zhang Ye that belong to the Hexi Corridor that have favourable geographical location and rich resources,based on state key construction project,have high levels of urbanization rate and basic public services and infrastructure construction,however,the east and south Gansu especially Long Nan are still at a low level about infrastructure construction and living life.The urbanization of Gansu province will have a rising trend in the future,and it will be in an acceleration phase over a long period of time.This article analyzed how five aspects(population,economic,social,infrastructure and environment)influenced the level of the new type of urbanization of Gansu province with the partial least squares structural equation model,finding the direct factors is economic and social,the indirect factors is population and infrastructure and environment,they are interlinked and inseparable.The advanced economy and industry cluster can make rural population go to the city,while the low level of infrastructure construction and public service and environment will be the resistance factors.So,we must put forward intension development to promote new type of urbanization of Gansu province,balance urban and rural development and regional development,take full advantage of the leading role of groups of cities in driving development,avoiding problems on the way of Gansu new type of urbanization,promoting Gansu new urbanization strategy preferably.
