In the capability scale of human resource management system, it is clear that the objective of job evaluation is to distinguish the relative importance from different positions, and build up the position system.An organization use a job evaluation tool to make decision of compensable factors, that is, what kind of factors should be considered as payment factors. Selecting correct compensable factors is the foundation of job evaluation tool. It determines the effection of the job evaluation.In the job evaluation system, there are different kinds of methods to select compensable factors. One of feasible method is using a questionnaire survey in the staffs, to find out which is the most important in job evaluation. In this method, it increases the degree of acceptance of the job evaluation tool.In this research, it analyzed the internal structure of compensable factors theoretically by questionnaire to determine the degree of acceptance of compensable factors in the staffs. The result shows us the internal structure is consisted of the following five factors: work-load, knowledge and skill, job responsibility, combination ability, and position authority. It is helpful that fully understanding of compensable factors with high degrees of approval can formulate a job evaluation tool as a guide in accordance with the whole situation of an organization.
