In this paper, the theory of wages at home and abroad were reviewed firstly, mainly through total factor job evaluation point method to determine the enterprise value of the various positions relative to salary management system provides for the establishment of scientific and objective basis for conducting theoretical paper on the salary management analysis, while combining hands-author of urban and rural power supply businesses, expounds the idea to establish salary management system, enabling the distribution of internal pay equity.
