Therefore, that the property management company finds and solves the problems promptly is the essential demand. But it is an extremely thorny question that how can discover the existence question before the dispute occurring. Establishing an appraisal system about the property management degree of satisfaction and investigating the customer degree of satisfaction is an effective method that solves the contradictory between owners and the property management company. Improving the service ahead of time through the data analysis is an objective request to the property management company about enhancing management level. This has the vital significance to the property management company's long-term development.This article begins with the property management's development course and present situation, emphasizes the vital significance about developing property management customer degree of satisfaction evaluation. Through grasping the property management service contents, referring to the former appraisal system, consulting the expert and the administrative person, questioning owner suggestions, the author determined the target about property management customer degree of satisfaction evaluation system, and determined the different target weight, thus established the property management customer degree of satisfaction target appraisal system.
