In tandem with the development of our country and accleration in the course of urbanization, there is growing need for a new house, residential property management is increasingly becoming the focus of attention. Property management has made some achievements with developing in our country more than30years, but the service company lacking of scientific theory guidance has become the key factor of restricting our property management level. In this historical background, it is particularly important to establish a complete set of scientific theory to guide work for improving the level of property management.This thesis is mainly starting from the the origin, related concept and connotation of property management, introduces present situation and tendency of the development of China’s property management industry, and then put forward to the problem that need to solve. Based on this, The index logos of customer satisfaction is introduced in the residential property management, the author utilizes the other related research results, starts from the prospective of service company to establish customer satisfaction evaluation system in residential park.In empirical study, take Harbin which living district instance, validation the role of customer satisfaction evaluation system of residential area in actual problem and inspection operability and practicability of the whole evaluation system. Combined with the research results, give scientific theoretical guidance to the service company. Finally, summarize the research conclusion of this paper, and put forward suggestions and the direction of future research to residential property management.
