Research On Business Completing Ability And Strategy For New & High-tech Enterprises

21century, With the coming of the new age of economic globalization,The new&high-tech enterprises developed rapidly. The complexity and instability of enterprise operation environments have reached a new height. Enterprises will confront numbers of famous international new&high-tech companies coming into China, if our country's new&high-tech enterprises wish to keep a high speed and continuous development in the fierce competition of the future international market, they must have a high strategic management level, and they must have rather strong completing ability. This paper is based on this consideration; it carries through a further study on business completing ability theory, methods and applications, and it also brings forward relevant ideas and methods about the strategy selection during different development stage of new& high-tech enterprises.After an evaluation and analysis of international strategy management theory and comprehensive advantage theory, and based on comprehensive advantage theories, this paper has made the following contribution:using a systematic analyzing method on the relative factors of completing ability of new&high-tech enterprises, it designs the principles and index system for the evaluation of completing ability of new&high-tech enterprises; based on economic theories, using the method of AHP, it makes a demonstrative research on the completing ability evaluation of some new&high-tech enterprises; it brings forward the strategy analyzing and selecting methods based on the development of completing ability of new&high-tech enterprises, so that China's new&high-tech enterprises could make full use of the inside resources, conditions and chances and enter the market competition with a better completing ability. The research of this paper will help to understand the level and trends of completing ability and choose suitable development strategy for new&high-tech enterprises.
