In today's information-based economy,science and technology are rapidly developing,high and new technology has become a new point of economic growth for its unique vitality and development potential,its development has not only greatly promoted the development of social productive forces,but also provided some new opportunities and ideas to solve the social problems such as health,sanitation,energy and environmental issues,it has been widespread concerned in countries around the world,and it is receiving widespread attention around the world.As the element of high-tech industry,high-tech enterprises are showing a strong momentum of development at the global level.As China's youngest municipality,Chongqing closely follow the development trends of high and new technology,high-tech enterprises had been substantial developed in terms of quantity and scale.On the other hand,in the society in which good image plays a leading factor in competition,in addition to capital,talent,technology strength,good image is becoming a magic weapon to the enterprises,the importance of corporate image overshadowed the ones in any previous society form.The quality of the image plays a direct impact on internal and external evaluation to a enterprise,and then affect its survival and development.Because of its own characteristics,high-tech enterprises need to pay more attentions to shape their images.First of all,the speed of technological innovation determines that the high-tech enterprises should closely focus on their image-building;Second,the cautious attitude of consumers in selecting high-tech products also determines that the high-tech enterprises must pay attention to image-building.In overall view,the image of high-tech enterprises in Chongqing have a good basic and a good developing momentum,but there are still some problems.In this study,I selected six high-tech enterprises which have good representativeness in Chongqing,in each enterprise I selected 50 samples to be tested,then I conducted a survey with the 300 samples using my self- invented questionnaire.Many problems can be seen in the image-building of Chongqing high-tech enterprises through the statistical treated survey data as well as the earlier interviews,such as the lack of clear concepts and personality;lack of culture atmosphere;poverty in carrying out recreational and sports activities;the diseased in management systems;employee's poor evaluation on the work environment;some enterprises' negligence to environment and visual construction,and so on.Based on the result of the survey as well as Chongqing's reality,this study attempt to put forward some suggestions for Chongqing's high-tech enterprises to improve and enhance their CI.For some other specific problems,this study attempts to give some constructive thinking and strategy,hoping that will provide some reference for high-tech enterprises' image-building in Chongqing.
