Requirements Analysis Of Business Intelligence Based On VBM

The theme of this paper is management framework and requirements analysis of business intelligence. In recent years, business intelligence has been a hotspot and develops quickly. But in the implement of business intelligence we always find there is no one effective management analysis framework to complete the requirements analysis. Therefore, it's a meaningful work to research on the management framework and requirements analysis of business intelligence.It describes the feasibility of requirements analysis of business intelligence based on value based management system. The author completes two main work based on VBM:(1) It analyses the composition of enterprise further, contrasts and summarizes enterprise value drivers model, then proposes a management framework of business intelligence system.(2) It also describes how to divide each value driver (time of growing/sales increase/profit margin/working capital requirement/permanent assets requirement/capital cost) into further driver, then we can obtain a multilayer and all-wave VBM system. Also it describes analysis indicators, analysis latitude and latitude level of business intelligence system based on the summary of enterprise value drivers maps according the method of requirements analysis of business intelligence. It completes the final framework of requirements analysis.The conclusions of this paper have certain guidance for the implementation personnel of business intelligence systems, to help them complete the requirements analysis quickly and effectively in the course of business intelligence system implement.
