Study On Securities Companies’Financial Analysis Information System Based On Business Intelligence

With the fast development of capital market, securities company as an important participant of capital market, plays a decisive role in the development and standardization of construction of our country capital market. But the increasingly fierce competitive environment and the increasingly stringent regulatory policy, put forward higher request to the securities companies’operating. Company managers urgently need to understand the business situation in all aspects, the financial data are the most accurate data which can reflect the enterprise’s financial position and operating results, on the other hand, financial analysis as an important tool for decision making, has great importance to the long-term healthy development of the securities firms. However, the intelligence and information degree of securities companies are very low, and financial analysis index is not perfect, it is difficult to analyze and predict the financial situation timely and accurately. Therefore, it is urgent to build an intelligent financial analysis information system for the securities company in the high risk and strict supervision management environment.At present, most securities companies already have sound financial information systems and business systems, store a large amount of financial data. Business intelligence is a solution of data analysis which can be used to realize the intelligent display and analysis of financial data, effectively solve the securities companies financial analysis dilemma. Securities companies financial analysis system based on business intelligence realizes dynamic analysis of financial data, provides analysis report of operating results timely, helps the managements to make operating decisions.This paper first studies and discusses the theory of business intelligence, discusses the business intelligence technology used in this thesis, and introduces business intelligence products. Then the author focuses on the applications of business intelligence in securities companies’financial analysis from the necessity and feasibility aspects. Then according to the business intelligence and financial analysis theories, combined with HY securities company practices, the author points out the shortcomings of the current financial analysis system of securities companies and proposes the demands of new system from three aspects including functional requirements, business needs and performance requirements. On the basis of the demands analysis, combined with the development of information systems theory and HY securities, this paper designs intelligent financial analysis system which can fit most securities companies. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results, suggests the management and maintenance of the system and looks into the future development of business intelligence.
