With the economic globalization and network rapid economic development, enterprise gradually change from the traditional management mode which products and the scale of operations for the center to intensive management pattern which take the customer as the center of, the good customer relations is the important survival and the development resource of the enterprises. As a customer-oriented service industry which is typical and traditional, facing market tests. The concept of "The customer is god," make the industry pay more attention to the relationship with customers, therefore, how to effectively handle relationship with customers has become the focus problem under the new situation. The application and development of the Business intelligence can help the enterprises make use of the customer relationship management successfully.Integrated solutions of the Business intelligence and customer relationship management provide larger development space for enterprises. Business intelligence give the hope to enterprises, it is a kind of process which integrate and refine knowledge on the basis of information,which is applicable to marketing analysis, sales analysis, customer service and e-commerce.it not oly can make enterprise track customer behavior, and found the needs of customers, provide personalized service, improve customer loyalty, but also can help the enterprise to make timely, accurate and feasible and effective decision, and finally enhance the competitive advantage of the enterprise.This paper has a deep research on theories of customer relationship management, the concept of business intelligence, key technology and the implementation method of business intelligence, and combining both to make business intelligence technology applied to customer relationship management from the principle and application field, and according to the development of medicine industry, using data mining clustering algorithms on the research of certain customers for a medical enterprise. subdivid customer, proposed some marketing service scheme planning according to the results, so as to enhance the customer value, improve enterprise's sales and profits, and finally achieve the win-win goal to consumers and businesses, and expect to give some practical experience about application of the business intelligence in customer relationship management of the pharmaceutical industry, and promote the development of customer relationship management in the pharmaceutical industry.
