Requirements Analysis And Management For APN Business Of China Galaxy Securities

BSS systems integration of China Unicom in the six provinces of the north is the key construction projects in2010and it is expected on the line in Beijing in June2012.The new system combines the original operating system, billing system and other independent business receiving systems. It strengthens the link between the systems and provides a unified platform for the business.This paper is a detailed description of the process of requirement analysis and management for APN Business of China Galaxy Securities in Beijing Unicom Ministry of Information. The paper is divided into three parts, the first part describes the composition and development status of the BSS system as well as requirements analysis and management; the second part describes the project background of China Unicom North six integration projects; the third part through the instance of China Galaxy Securities APN business needs analysis and the final results show the validation as a theoretical explanation.Due to the complexity of the project background, the requirements for the project management aspects of the introduction of requirement management methods, to achieve a unified control and deployment of the many needs of user. Galaxy Securities business needs only system integration projects requirements for thousands of items in a complete requirements management process, reflecting the needs communication from early to late realization of the entire solution in a complex system.China Galaxy Securities APN business needs is a new requirement in the system integration process, that does not involve functional differences in the original system, the estimated time to complete the functional development of the test version of the core system, because it is directly in the new system development, it is not independent on-line, network cutover in a wait state.
