Research On Network-Manufacturing-Based Resources Operation Model

The economic environment is characterized as globalization, informatization, and socialization that manufacturing industry is facing currently. To adapt to the economic environment, this paper describes MICK-4FI-based network manufacturing, a model to make enterprises or the whole supply network alliances integrate resources of MICK. Consequently they could strengthen their ability of reaction to market needs, and help them gain sustainable and inimitable competitive advantages. Furthermore, MICK-4FI-based network manufacturing is the foundation of a new operation method, resources operation model, which could help enterprises take good use of their partners'resources advantages to enhance their competitive advantages when the supply network, they participate, gain its inimitable core competence. This paper puts forward resources operation to adapt to the new economic environment, studies on the effects of resources operation, and discusses some problems that enterprises faced with when they apply resources operation. Moreover, this paper explores resources operation leveraging and QFD as solutions of the problems. Detailed content as followed:1.
