China has run in the stage of high-speed urbanized advancement, this has resulted in lots of farmers lost their land directly. As we know that land means much to the farmers, it seems like the root of exist. When lost their land, many farmers choose to work to live, but because of quite lots of outside and inside reasons, farmers who lost their land have got much trouble in this process. How to solve this problem means much to the society and also needs help from all the respects. This dissertation has seized this line, and analyzed the inside reasons and made some advises.Fist of all, this dissertation point out the high-speed industrialized has caused lots of farmers lost their land and described the ensure state of rights and interests. Farmers losing their land mean losing much wealth; life guarantee and farmer's exist. What's more, they do not have the compensations; problems in property and standard have caused much trouble. Secondly, some surveys in 9 villages in Chaoyang, Haidian and Tongzhou deserts have showed that many farmers have lived on renting houses and many farmers have lost their jobs because of the low qualities. This dissertation has concluded three reasons which cause this problem, the defeats in market, government and farmers. The defeat in the market includes the delayed instruction of village labor market and the limitation of the employment opportunity. The defeat in the government includes the separation system in country and village, the unbalance in education resource and the delayed instruction of social system. The low quality and the wrong thinking also have hindered the farmers to find a job. At last, lots of strategies have showed to solve the problem. Creating more working opportunities and exploring more kinds of forms, encouraging the development of flexible employment, and strengthening the skill training are considered to be the short-term strategies. A long-term strategy includes the economic development and government policy, enhancing the qualities and promoting the transform of their characters.
