Study On The Benefit Protection Of The Farmer Who Lost Land

With the enlargement of city scale, villages around two ring road will be brought into city .Huhhot's civil construction changes with each passing day. more villages are getting into a part of city, when land is taken over, it means farmers will lose the basic resource of stable life, they will face choice of occupation, participating into city competition, this make them feel dismay and pressure when the system of social protection has not really set up. Though living in the edge of city, they could not enjoy the concerning policy in employment ,education , society guarantee etc., many problems even influence the social stability and economic development, so it is very important to protect the benefit of the farmer who lost land.This thesis investigated the living condition of farmer who lost land, residents' benefits and how to live their retired life after they get into city, assurance their basic existence and living ability, analyzed the village residents' benefits in the city and guarantee mechanism, drawing lessons from other city concerning village-in-city reformation to solve problems of losing- ground farmers, putting forward to how to guarantee losing-land farmers'benefits and social guarantee mechanism .this study will have certain of reference value in building of guarantee mechanism and accelerating our capital economic construction .
