Research On The Employment Of Land-lost Farmers In Yining

With the economic development of Yining City and the needs of the new urbanization development,land expropriation has become a necessary step.It is inevitable that farmers lose their land and become land-lost farmers.In recent years,large-scale land in part of village and town of Yining City has been expropriated,thus the number of landless peasants is increasing year by year,they quickly become the vulnerable groups in society.Consequently,the employment problem of the land-lost farmers is becoming increasingly prominent,which also become an important factor influencing social stability of Yining City.This article tries to do an analysis and research on the current employment status of land-lost farmers and the factors influencing employment from different angles through field visits,data collecting,and questionnaires,there are a large number of land-lost famers,and the employment rate is low;skill training’s practicability is not good;they have less employment channels and poor employment stability;there ideal job and reality job have deviation.There are many reasons for these problems,mainly shows in government measures are not perfect,industrial development is slow and the problems of farmers.On this basis,by reference to domestic and foreign advanced experience,I put forward some suggestions from the governments provide good service and policy support,developing industry and improving lost-land farmers’ qualities these three aspects,which makes a better solution to solve the current employment problem of land-lost farmers urgently in Yining City.
