Evaluation And Analysis Of Jiangsu Province Industrialized Process

In the report of 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China propose that we should nsist a new-type industrialized way of high-technology, profitible, low-resoure-consuming environment-protecting to fully make use of the humane resource. How to evaluate the industrialized process of a province and analyse it accurately, can contribute to the government finding its advantage and question presented in the direction of economic development and industrialized evolution .But because of special meaning of the new-type industrialized and the concrete conditions in different provinces, no intact evaluation systems that can be drawn lessons from domestically .This paper combines the great thematic " new-type industrialized strategic research of Jiangsu " of research project of research room of Provincial Party committee of Jiangsu, study the appraisal and analysis to the industrialized process in the demand of the new-type industrialization.At first,the paper introduces new-type industrialized concept briefly,analyses thebasic characteristics of the new-type industrialized, and reviews the industrialized process of Jiangsu Province.Then, analysing the new-type industrialized, the paper presents the main appraisal content of the industrialized process,which includes the science and technology, economic benefits,resource-consuming , environmental protection, utilization of resources of manpower , international trade , seven respects of economic and social development, ones that consider on this basic data can acquired character, which has been designed not to reflect the request of new-type industrialized evaluation index and the weight of process not in dustrialized, have put forward the corresponding appraisal method .Then,we utilize the index system designed and appraise the method , and has chosen 8 provinces(city) wchic is comparative with Jiangsu socio-economic development, the current situation of the industrialized process of comparative analysis , these 9 provinces (city ), already from carrying on comparative analysis overallly, have compared in an all-round way the states of various fields too. And then we discussed the advantage that is in the new-type industrialized road of Jiangsu and problem needing to be solved urgently. The research results of this paper have already been referred to the research room of Provincial Party committee of Jiangsu as a part of total report of subject.
