Chinese Regional New-type Industrialization Quantitative Evaluationand Demonstration Research

Industrialization is a great social and economic change which human has gone through .It is the premise and basis of the modernization. So industrialization is pursued by some countries. With economy development, China, a developing country, has been confronted with problem of population, resource and environment. So we can not choose the way which resource is consumed in excess and environment is polluted .We must combine industrialization with sustainable development and make use of the Chinese rear advantages to bring industrialization with Chinese characteristics into effect so that fulfill the spanning developing aim. The 16^th party Congress put forward new-type industrialization which has high science and technology content, good economic benefit, low resource consume , little environment pollution and human resource sufficient application. It is the result that China has explored the industry development fashion and demonstrate the way of Chinese industrialization development. So the research of new-type industrialization theory, the importance of new-type industrialization and the way of new-type industrialization have import scientific and practical meaning.On the basis of the earnest reading the 16^th party Congress and the up to date research, the paper has discussed the academic basis ,connotation ,characteristic and the necessary and importance of new type industrialization . The paper has constructed the 24 index of evaluation index system of Chinese new type industrialization from the economic development factor, industrial innovation factor, human resource factor, resource configuration factor and external factor. Under the help of statistical software (SPSS and MATLAB), the paper evaluated the Chinese regional new type industrialization and check up the evaluation index system of new type industrialization through the factor analysis and the fuzzy cluster analysis.Finally, according to the evaluation index system of Chinese new type industrialization that has been constructed ,the paper has carried through the demonstration analysis of Chongqing's new-type industrialization, in order to find the disparity between Chongqing and eastern developed region, and bring pertinently forward the countermeasure and suggest.
