The Construction Of The Road To New-type Industrialization And The Analysis Of It's Application In Enterprises

Although the industrialization of China has not been completed yet, the challenge sets in from the new industrial revolution whose main content is informationalization. Upon this background, China takes a road to new-type industrialization to avoid following the Western developed counties'industrialization mode, in which the control is taken after pollution and the material is viewed superior to spirit. The essence of China's new-type industrialization is to complete China's tradition industrialization task, to overcome the problems that happened in the process of industrialization in the Western developed countries and to promote the harmonious and healthy development of China in economy, society, popularity, science, resources and environment.Firstly, the characteristics of industrialization of the UK, Germany, America and the South Korea have been studied, and the universal law in the process of industrialization has been summed up: industry develops by a route of light industry advancing toward heavy chemical industry; government intervenes more intensively if the industry of a country lags more behind world top level; education and technological innovation should be stressed, and the process of industrialization and market-orientation is inseparable.Secondly, the industrialization process after the founding of the PRC has been divided into four stages: the stage of giving priority to heavy industry, the stage of consumer-oriented industrialization, the stage of a comprehensive market-oriented restructuring, and that of new-type industrialization.Thirdly, Hunan's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in promoting industrialization have been analyzed with SWOT method. On this basis, attention should be paid to the breakthrough of concept to promote industrialization: the traditional road to industrialization transfers to a new road, the balanced development mode to a nonequilibrium harmonious mode, the emphasis on regional comparative advantage to that on competitive advantage, and the pursuant development strategy to a leap-forward strategy. It is necessary to conform to such principles as market-led, project-driven, concentrated development, advantages priority, and sustainable development. Then the basic path of new-type industrialization in Hunan province is figured: to strengthen the sense of reform & opening-up and competition in the market, to make best use of geographical advantage of Hunan's lying in the central China which is a connecting link between the west and the east, to integrate into the"Pan-Pearl River Delta"actively, to construct intensive and ecological industrial system and to accomplish industrialization during the course of promoting the harmonious development of regional economy through such measures as introducing more investments, increasing investment on industry, raising the level of industry cluster, encouraging innovation, intensifying human resources, developing recycling economy, promoting informatization, forming large corporations, developing the private economy, building agglomeration combing Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan city.What is finally concerned is the analysis of the development strategy of the SANY Group, HUNANTIC and LY STEEL. The SANY Group adopts strategies of industry cluster, self-innovation, emphasis on human resources and informatization promotion. HUNANTIC adopts strategies of the technological innovation and forming a large corporate. LY STEEL adopts strategies of technological innovation, intensifying human resources, informatization promotion and developing recycling economy. Their successes prove the correctness of the road to new-type industrialization in Hunan which is presented in the research.
