Research On Project Management Of Daqing Engineering Design Company

This paper researches on the project management of the engineering design company. Firstly it gives a brief exposition on basic theory and mode for the project management, and then analyzes the managing actuality of engineering design company, points out its shortages and the reasons .It also puts forward the necessity, the advantages and disadvantages of developing project management.The paper gives detail exposition on project management system design for design project, and puts forward"the four principles"for the project management system design. It exposes the project management frame design; and discusses the three controls for engineering design project; meanwhile, the exploration and practice on the personnel performance assessment system design under the mode of matrix management are carried out and the own viewpoints are raised.For the cost control of the project management, the paper proposes the viewpoint of controllable cost, uncontrollable cost and personal cost rate, and considers that by comprehensively applying the stimulation control and controllable cost control, the project cost can be effectively controlled. For the plan and schedule control on the design project, three control methods of matrix dual schedule control are proposed: project internal control, functional departments control and assessment control. It analyzes the causes of design products quality problems from both views of superficial phenomenon and roots, and raises the point that the indifferent sense of responsibility is only the superficial phenomenon and the substantive cause is the system. The paper also discusses the quality control from three layers: technology, system and administration, researches the performance assessments under the mode of matrix management, and raises the viewpoint that the performance assessment is a file system at first, which can be divided into three categories: system document, operation document and record document.
