The current performance management ideas and methods in the domestic enterprises in be just unfolding, project Department of the importance of performance management is enterprise managers have been gradually recognized, and gradually began to the promotion and application of. But the outstanding issue that exists at present is, due to the performance management thinking is not enough awareness of the characteristics of different enterprises, lack of awareness, blindly apply performance management method is very common, and establish a set of scientific, effective, consistent with the character of enterprise performance management system has become the current management is an important task.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and research value, related research at home and abroad, dynamic, research ideas and contents, research methods, innovation and insufficiency.The second part is the enterprise project department performance management theory, this part mainly explains the basic theory of performance and performance management, and the project department’s performance management as a basic definition.The third part is the Booway company project department performance management analysis.
