With the rapid development of global economy,China's enterprises in the domestic market pressure,but also bear the international competition,how to make the enterprise in the fierce market competition can continue to maintain long-term development,we must establish an effective strategic management system.Now,human resource management has become the core part of the modern human resources management system,which is also related to the company's development in many areas,is an important guarantee for enterprises to maintain sustainable competitiveness.The strategic objective is to ensure the implementation of the enterprise strategy,the perfect degree and the implementation of enterprise management has a profound impact.A reasonable performance evaluation system not only can objectively reflect the business situation,but also can improve the management level of enterprises.The application of performance evaluation results also provide a solid basis for the scientific management of enterprise human resources,These companies make use of modern performance management mode,make a series of system,try to improve the performance of the enterprise.However,through these enterprises a lot of exploration and research,and in the implementation of the discovery,want to make full,efficient performance management of real energy efficiency is not easy.H company as a large professional engaged in medical and health information technology enterprises,the project is the core of the enterprise,this paper focuses on the project Department of H company's current performance appraisal system,through performance assessment of relevant theoretical knowledge,trying to design a set of simple,easy to operate and can meet the needs of enterprise development.
