This article is written under the background of the government start the new macro-adjust China auto industry. Although there are the problems as investment out of order, gap on products quality, as the government's auto policy improved, the auto industry environment will become more and more mature. It will become the mainstream that regulating the auto industry order, improving efficiency.The experience of other countries developing Auto industry shows that lower profit and high efficient manage time is coming and the high profit and inefficient manage time has passed when the auto industry develop environment becoming mature.Under this background, the manage idea and develop way will meet a new reform.
