Motivation mechanism is important in human resources management. At present, our country's insurance enterprises'salespersons motivation research is very deficiency. The achievements are scrappy, which are lack of system. How to use the foreign motivation theories and refer to the enterprises'success experience to build up our insurance enterprise's motivation mechanism, which needs us do some researches deeply and systematically.These years, domestic insurance enterprises have achieved certain results in motivation mechanism: human resource-based management theories have been recognized, human resource training and need for growth have been emphasized and motivation mechanism has been established in some sense. Problems, nevertheless, still exist: motivation atmosphere is not adequate, motivation methods is not scientific, basic work in motivation is not adequate, such as work-analysis and Performance-appraisal, emphasizing physical motivation and undervaluing spirit motivation. All these problems arise from the misconcepts in motivation mechanism, for example let motivation be the equal of award etc.Ping An Insurance Company of Hunan has achieved some results in salesperson motivation, but problems still exists: motivation measures not systematic; lacking in fairness, not individual-oriented, no motivating and not well combined. Considering the above-mentioned problems, Ping An Insurance Company of Hunan should apply salary, career and training to motivate their salespersons. In designing motivation mechanism, more emphasis should be put on its basic work and having got its unique enterprise culture, to ensure that the motivation methods are fair and scientific. At the same time, disciplinary mechanism must be established to ensure salespersons working in a relatively fair environment so as to achieve the expected motivation results for the development of the enterprise.The author presented in this thesis the outline in designing Ping An Insurance Company of Hunan motivation measures, based on the theories connecting with practice, in an effort to fully improve the enterprise motivation, and a study of salesperson's motivation problems of common interest to insurance company was conducted in this thesis.
