| Bancassurance business is an important source of income for insurance companies and banks.How to increase the income of bank insurance sales staff,reduce the loss rate,and then increase the premium income is the issue that insurance companies need to focus on when improving the incentive plan of bank insurance sales staff.In June 2020,Henan Banking And Insurance Division of Ping An Life Insurance Co.,LTD started the strategic reform of banking and insurance.After the reform,the salary system and welfare benefits related to sales staff declined significantly,and the turnover rate of sales staff rose rapidly.In view of this problem,it is particularly important to find out the reasons for the rising attrition rate and put forward targeted solutions.This paper conducted stratifical-level interviews with the sales staff of Henan Banking and Insurance Division of Ping An Life Insurance Company of China.Through analysis,it was found that after the reform,the sales staff of Banking and Insurance had no basic living guarantee,high assessment pressure,too little welfare,unreasonable salary system,narrow promotion channels,and training became a mere formality.It is necessary to improve the income of sales staff,broaden promotion channels,strengthen training and other aspects of reform.The specific incentive measures are designed as follows: to help sales staff strive for higher commission,to provide sales staff with better welfare treatment,increase sales staff’s annual leave with pay,ensure sales staff’s annual physical examination,to highly educated talents additional subsidies and equity incentive.In daily work,I sincerely care for sales staff,provide a platform to participate in management,and reward excellent sales staff to ping an University for further study.Expand the sales team,clarify the promotion mechanism and management mode,strengthen training,optimize the company’s original plan from material incentive,spiritual incentive,work incentive and other aspects.However,any reform is not plain sailing,the process of reform needs to be guaranteed by the organization,process and system,so as to achieve the goal of improving sales staff welfare,improving promotion and training system,and building a high-quality team.China ping an life insurance co.,LTD.,Henan Banking division,the optimized plan for the sales staff look forward to a stable marketing personnel team,and even expand team strength,so as to promote China’s ping an life insurance co.,LTD.,henan silver sustained and healthy development of insurance business,the silver insurance industry sales staff incentive research also provides the certain reference value. |
