Pingan Insurance Jiangxi branch has made proud achievements in the past ten years.It has become one of the most influential enterprises in the insurance field leap.I,the writer of this article, had been working in grassroots Insurance for many years, witnessing Ping An Insurance’s rapid development, but I also observe its deficiencies in the auto insurance business processes.Through actual observation and analysis of statistical data internally, I found that the auto insurance company operations considerable problems still exist, the team’s overall work atmosphere somewhat nervous, humanistic care staff is not enough, but also occasionally in the work rules and regulations to implement ineffective phenomenon. Comparing with other sectors of the industry’s best team, there is still a gap.The main reason for this result is that the department’s management of utilitarian thinking too heavy.They do not pay enough attention to advancing corporate culture and builting business philosophy.There is still lack of a robust and efficient operational mechanisms in department’s actual operation. In addition, the remuneration packages of employees are also unreasonable.Based on this, combining with the advanced experience of insurance claims, I’ll put forward specific suggestions for improvement of the management of the company’s auto insurance department.First, in terms of corporate philosophy, should learn from the advanced experience of auto insurance claims,such as the U.S. auto insurance industries’freedom and ideological competition, the UK auto insurance industries’science and adhere to strict sense of philosophy and Japanese insurance industries’social services.Then, use the advanced ideas to lead the development of our company.Secondly,in the specific aspects of the operation of enterprises, we should learn from other outstanding domestic insurance companies,try all we can to build a high-quality, professional management team excellent scholar, to creat some robust and long-lasting development mechanism for our enterprises and to improve our company’s service level so as to improve our company’s overall competitiveness.When it comes to the specific policy,we should focus on these five areas:improving our staff’s overall quality;optimizing the enterprise’s management system;developing employees’productivity;Strengthening our managers’social service consciousness and building corporate culture which fits the enterprises’actual needs.At the same time,we should also develop the relationship between stiff and manager and protect our group against unhealthy practices in order to build a harmonious and warm claims team.
