An organization, no matter big or small, simple or complicated, needs to do things to accomplish its own target. First, divide the strategic target into some specific and practical targets, second promise that these specific jobs could be integrated into one job, and accomplish "1+1>2" effect. These jobs needs organization to finish dividing and integrating jobs.So different strategy and period needs a company to have different organizational structure. Different structure will lead to the change of information and cash flow, which will lead to the change of job process.The MS company in this chapter has got into the growing period, and it' s changing with the change of its strategy, so its organizational structure can not be suitable to the development of the company. After we consulting group did a lot of scientific interviews and researches, we redesign the organizational structure, and correct some of its job process. |
