Today, at the age of global economic integration, seeing aggravating competition in the telecommunication market, and China's joining WTO, telecommunication enterprises of our country face new opportunity and challenge. In front in the new challenge, it is a difficulty how to meet different customer's demands for the products and ensure enterprise's sustainable development at the fastest speed, the best quality, the minimum cost, the best service, and the cleanest environment. DXFC Branch company that presents slow business growth and not smooth running in competition, needs reform.Through analyzing DXFC branch company's external environment and inside factor, along with analysis by SWOT matrix of its superiority, inferiority, opportunity, menace, etc., this thesis has found that the key to this question lies in innovation of information supporting system and business process.Directed by a model named eTOM (enhanced Telecom Operations Map) put forward by International Telecommunications Union, studying business process improvement and information system building, combining the actual conditions of DXFC branch company with commercial process framework of eTOM, this thesis has expounded a conception of establishing an unified information system as well as a new scheme for business process for DXFC branch company.Having uniformly planned information system, the new scheme has solved its original problem such as information isolation, process splitting, system expansion frustration etc., and realized horizontal circulation between vertical business and high share of enterprise's information by setting up consolidated customer accepting interfaces.
