The Soviet Union In The Post And Telecommunications In The Early Process Of Modernization (late 19th Century -1949 Years)

The author takes the time as the order, and analyses posts and telecommunications'modernization advancement of the middle area of Jiangsu province(mainly refers to Yangchow, Taizhou, Nantong). By combing these historical data from the late part period of 19th century to 1949, The author divides the posts and telecommunications of the middle area of Jiangsu province into three big stages, namely posts and telecommunications'start of the middle place of Jiangsu province in the Last stage of Qing Dynasty; posts and telecommunications'development in the earlier period of the Republic of China ; and posts and telecommunications in the later period of the Republic of China.The author inspects the start and development course of posts and telecommunications about organization establishment, route laid down and service development,and summaries development characteristic of each stage. On this foundation, The author discusses the reasons impelling the posts and telecommunications enterprise development as well as the development imbalance among three cities'posts and telecommunications enterprise, simultaneously further discusses the reasons which caused the posts and telecommunications development's imbalanced factor in three cities. Through each stage's analysis, on the foundation of synthesizing the posts and telecommunications advancement's appraising in the three cities, the author draws the conclusion: the social economy development is the posts and telecommunications enterprise's most effective power, but the posts and telecommunications development as one kind of power, provide the backing for the economical development. The middle area of Jiangsu although has the obvious imbalance in the different time as well as among three cities'posts and telecommunications development, this kind of imbalance is caused by three cities'internal economy development as well as three cities'respectively postal tradition.The achievements, which is obtained in the middle area of Jiangsu province in early time, is not allowed to neglect. At that time, it echoed to the national posts and telecommunications enterprise's modernization trend, and simultaneously itself is one kind of good transition from the traditional way to the modern way for the posts and communication transportation of the middle area of Jiangsu, whose obtained achievement has built a good foundation for the posts and telecommunications enterprise of the People's Republic of China.
