As a new thing, the Network brings far-reaching influence on people's behavior and thinking mode. It also brings revolutionary change for our life, our work, and our study. This article studies the influence of network on corporate culture transformation by sociological and business management angle. First, the article discussed the definition and characteristic of network from the sociological angle and expounded the network displaying different ideology in the different category, such as network society, network economy, and network culture. They are affecting the social economy and the enterprise by different way. The information is the most important element of social production. As the information carrier, network not only changed the social environment, but also had the huge influence to the business management. This has laid the foundation for the corporate culture transformation. Next, the article has analyzed the background which under the network environment the corporate culture transforms. Under the network environment, the corporate culture met the transformation requirement. The organization and behavior of corporation becomes network and the network becomes the important tool of business management further to impel the transformation of corporate culture. The virtual corporation's appearance, as if indicates the corporate future development direction especially. The dynamic, the multi-element, the freedom, the multi-choices, the equality, the opening constituted the virtual corporate culture characteristic. The third chapter of this article had expounded the corporate culture transformation in cyberspace. Under the influence of network, the corporate spirit culture was had some stresses in the localization, such as the harmoniousness and unification, the innovation, the customer guide, the humanism management, emphasizing the corporation wisdom, in pursuit of speed, the communication and the prominent unofficial community's function. The network has brought the innovation for the corporate system culture, increased new content; and the corporate system has also developed to network. The network become the effective tool of corporate culture transformation relies on its advantage on the management and communication.
