Research On The Programming Of Information Platform In Distribution Dark

Having the function of economy exploitation and management, Distribution Dark has become an effective approach to promoting regional economy. Also, it had great influence over the aspects, for example, perfecting the logistics system, and increasing the profit and efficiency of logistics enterprise. Therefore, many municipalities had taken Distribution Park as the emphases on their regulation of logistics.The constructing of information platform has direct connection to the smooth transmission and sharing of logistics information in Distribution Dark, and to the establishing of cooperative mechanism. In addition, it helps to promoting operational standardization of logistics, and providing technology and information for modern logistics service. To some extent, the success of Distribution Park was decided by the construction of information platform.The research method of linking theory with practice being adopted, this paper tries to provide systemic thread and way for regulating the information platform, which combined with the xi'an international port park. Along with the basic concept and theory, the paper analyzed the demand of information platform from three angles, which are operation demand, demand subject and demand level. On the basis, the frame of platform regulation was proposed, which included strategy aim, function structure and technology support. Considering the practice nature of platform regulation, this paper uses some city's regulation and operation for reference. Then, according to the frame of regulation, the blue print of xi'an international port park was drawn out. In the end, this paper discussed the system structure and function structure of information platform, and pointed out the key to regulation, which was vertical and transverse conformity.
