Study On The Logistics Park Information Platform Construction Of The Genus Cotton Group(Shandong)

As the important strategic goods which are firmly related to national economy and the people’s livelihood, the production, transportation and other links of cotton have a significant impact on the development of the national economy. In the long term, however, the production of cotton get more focus than its transportation.The storage and deploy of cotton are always in the laggard condition. Especially informatization management of cotton industry is below the average level of social development, which severely hampers the related parts of industrial clain if the cotton quality in storage can not be ensured.This paper makes an overall analysis and discription on plan, design and construct the information platform of Cotton storage and transportation enterprises, especially the comprehensive cotton logistics park, taking the information platform of logistics park which belongs to China National Cotton Group Corporation as a research object and choosing the logistic park of China National Cotton Group Corporation in Shandong province as example. The research on the whole information platform has been started from the detail research and analysis on the actual operation and management of logistic park of pilot enterprise in Shandong so as to know the system functional requirements.This paper aims to make system function design for the enterprises’ actual operation and future development, combining the logistic management and development of China National Cotton Group Corporation at three levels of society, enterprises and group.Meantime, this paper makes a Complete information platform construction scheme on the basis of detail analysis and design in these facets such as hardware in information platform,System security system, personnel allocation, institutional improvement and investment estimation. This research on information platform construction of the logistic park of China National Cotton Group Corporation in Shangdong not only makes complete constructive thinking and execute solution of the informatization for cotton logistic park,but also contributes as good example and direction to other storage and logistic corporations belonging to China National Cotton Group Corporation. It also makes good informatization management basis for the logistic corporation’s integration and development of China National Cotton Group Corporation. It deems to have positive andprofound effect on comprehensive improvement of information management level and faster transformation of cotton storage and logistic corporation in China.
