With the raise of vigorously supporting logistics industry documents by our country, all governments are stepping up the construction and upgrade of local logistics industry. Due to the economy exploitation and efficient organization management functions, and the large drive effect to district economy development, logistics parks construction becomes the breakthrough point of logistics industry by local governments. The logistics park planning is the premise of its construction for which it gradually becomes the hot research within logistics sector. It includes allocation, freight volume forecasting, scale calculation, function designing, information platform planning, logistics preferential policies, the selection of equipments and so on. Combining with the practical project "Jiuhua Logistics Park Development of the Strategic Planning", the focus of this paper is on logistics park information platform planning and evaluating.Empirical research method is used to systematically study the logistics park information platform planning and its evaluation .Firstly, the theory for logistics park planning and logistics park information platform planning are elaborated. Secondly, the paper includes the current situation of informatization of the region where Jiuhua logistics park is located, grasps the external environment of Jiuhua logistics park information platform planning; Based on the two steps above, Jiuhua logistics park information platform planning is designed, including the strategic target of information platform, user structure model, architecture model, function structure model and their implementary. Thirdly, the paper adopts Extension Theory to set up matter element model of evaluating information perform planning, and use it to evaluate the Jiuhua logistics park information platform planning.
