The logistics park planning is the premise of its construction for which it gradually becomes the hot research within logistics sector. It includes allocation, freight volume forecasting, scale calculation, function designing, information platform planning, logistics preferential policies, the selection of equipments and so on. Combining with the practical project "Jiuhua Logistics Park Development of the Strategic Planning", the focus of this paper is on logistics park information platform planning and evaluating.Empirical research method is used to systematically study the logistics park information platform planning and its evaluation .Firstly, the theory for logistics park planning and logistics park information platform planning are elaborated.
