Research On Enterprise's Resources Conformity Based On Information Platform

Follows the economic globalization, we should look the world from an economic perspective. In order to win the advantage of corporate competition, we should base on development strategy, face responsibilities challenges and explored how to effective conform and use enterprise resource. This work has important meaning in economic and social development of enterprises.At present Chinese economy is being in the reforming time. But conform ability of enterprise resources is also quite low. The conformity and the disposition of the resources were still "awfully". Enterprise resources in large enterprises such as CNPC were extremely rich. Their enterprise resources "reserves" and the talent may be called "world-class". But these enterprises were still restricted in the conformity of enterprise resources and the question of depositing and sustainable using the resources, which means how to enhance the resources utilization ratio. In addition, resource exploitation, especially the depth develops, which was difficult to find the effective solution.The article based on the analysis and research of Enterprise Resources Theory. It discussed the approach of improving resource integrated ability, effectively allocating enterprise resource, and strengthening enterprise competition. The article provided systematic and effective theory and science basis for conforming resource and making strategy.Through literature searching, the article structured enterprise resource platform frame based on strategy resource by unifying the GIS.The main progresses of the article included:1. The article systematically analyzed the inevitability of forming enterprise network. After summarized the home and abroad studying about enterprise network structure, the article presented Degree Centrality, Betweenness Centrality and closeness Centrality as network index to scale the enterprise network structure.2. The article bounded the meanings and varieties of enterprise resource. Based on social network, the article presented classify system of enterprise resource, the article analyzed the interrelation between Enterprise Resource Theory and the competition advantage. It said that the network resource and core resource are strategy resource which had competition advantage and emphasized that strategy resource is important to enterprise development. 3. The article established resource conformation model and presented four dimensions of resources conformity. Aiming at how to integrate resource effectively and exert the maximal efficacy of enterprise resource, the article present enterprise resource integrating tactics.4. In order to improve the ability of conforming resource, effectively allocate enterprise resource, and strengthen enterprise competition, the article unified the GIS and the method of MIS. Then, it discussed the construction idea of resources information platform, Structure pattern and method. At last it realized the functions of enterprise resource information platform such as resource administration information inquiry, information outputs and so on.
