| Technical innovation has important influnce to the evolution of industrial cluster, the synergistic effect mechanism and evolution process between them has complexity. At present, the method of researching industrial cluster and technical innovation makes use of some theories and methods of complex science, but they both rest on qualitative description and mathematic analyze. Aim at the above-mentioned problems, the research of this thesis adopts the cross-recurrence researching thread between "from bottom to top" and "from top to bottom"; it imports the researching fruit of complex adaptive system and the agent-based computational economics, then makes use of the Swarm simulation method; and opens out the evolvement rules of industrial cluster in the major premise of technical innovation. The major content of this thesis can be divided into several parts in a later part:The first is preface, it expatiates the meaning of selecting this subject, brings forward the research thread goals and content, as well as the technical route of researching.The first chapter detailed discusses the currently research and research methods of industrial cluster. It detailed analyses the complex adaptability characters and applicability of industrial cluster.The second chapter expatiates the academic bases and method of this research. This part has a detailed introduction of complex adaptive system and agent-based computational economics, then brings forwards the feasibility of using above-mentioned theories to researching industrial cluster, which provides the academic bases of this research.The third chapter sums up the effect mechanism between technical innovation and industrial cluster of currently research, it puts forward the nine-element concept model of the synergistic evolution between technical innovation and industrial cluster.
