Balance Urban And Rural Development In The Urbanization Process Of Chinese Rural Area

Structure is the factor that has to be considered in economic study. Firstly, this paper discusses the importance of the factor of structure, subsequently applies the"Big Push"model of Murphy, Shleifer and Vishny and Spatial structural evolvement model to expound the evolvement mechanism of industry structure and Spatial structure in the process of economic development based on combing references. It also builds a framework to explain the coherence between industry structure and Spatial structure based on the common points between them.Guided by relevant theory, the third part of this paper analyzes deviation in Chinese industry structure and Spatial structure, and renders a in-depth anatomy of its inherent reason. Based on the problems we have found, this paper seeks a way to tackle the problem by theoretical deduction and econometric analysis.By studying experiences from other countries who manages to nurture its agriculture reversely by industry, this paper determines its condition and standard. By comparing the standard with China's actual situation, this paper confirms that China should start its process to nurture agriculture reversely by industry either by its economic factors or its political factors. After ascertaining policy target, this paper determines the specific path of nurturing agriculture reversely by industry and city village coordinated development. Based on empirical study, this paper puts forward several policy suggestions pertinently. Finally, this paper carried out a specific discussion on the particularity of Spatial structural rectification.
