The Research On The Policy Orientations And Path Selections Of Industry Nurturing Agriculture In Xinjiang

In 2004 the party's 16th Fourth Plenary Session , the General Secretary Hu Jintao made the first two "trends"– that means we enter to the stage of industry nurturing agriculture. The academic and practical work in different sectors point of view of industry nurturing agriculture and to explore the issue, the issues involved: the connotation of industry nurturing agriculture, whether China has stepped inside the stage of industry nurturing agriculture and the main constraints, nurturing path and pattern.In this paper, depending on the theory of industry and agriculture guidance, learning from the industrialized countries successful experience of industry nurturing agriculture, profoundly analyzes the current stage of industrialization facts of Xinjiang and the specific status of industry and agriculture, and advises the basic paths which more comprehensively, systematically presentation adapt to the actual situation in Xinjiang: Strengthening the industrial base, enhance the nurturing strength; Adjusting the agricultural structure, rural develops by itself; Industry association promoting the feeding of workers and peasants; Financial Investment in Support of efforts to strengthen; Implementation of system innovation, remove barriers. Lastly, I hope this paper has some value economic development in Xinjiang.
