Now the milk industry develops very well, so does the beef and cattle industry in the east . It is provided with superiorities in the east. How to develop the beef and cattle industry efficiently and how to transfer resources superiorities to economic superiorities is a big subject, which has a important historical significance for increasing farmer's income, adjusting and improving estate's structure, realizing the strategy goals of opening up the west in China and strengthening general Agricultural productivity forces.This article described the present situation about the beef and cattle industry in Inner Mongolia and took precise comments. Some factors restricted badly sustained development of the beef and cattle industry in Inner Mongolia, such as it is short of cattle seeds, the breeding factories are smaller and the criterions lever are lower, the enterprises of beef processing haven't enough scale and Industrialization standard is also lower. On the basis of the above, I analyzed deeply strength, weakness, opportunities and threats about the future of beef and cattle industry by SWOT MODEL. At last, a series of measures are put forward under the background of economy globalization. Guided by market and depended on rich resources, to promote industrialization development is a key breakthrough for us to accelerate beef industry reinforce our competition capability in domestic and foreign market. For this purpose of beef industry development, we should take some measures and tactics, such as building cattle reproduction system, making green food, raising and management according to special criterions. We can widen further current and feasible market, on the other hand, the government should support this industry by enlarging finance expenditure of"green case", etc.
