Research On The Management Mode Of China's "Sport Leisure" Industry

In the era of mass leisure, mass sport has realized its critical transformation from"tool"to"toy", and developed into a new stage, sport leisure. Sport leisure industry is developing rapidly throughout the world. However, China's sport leisure industry is stagnating due to the out-of-date management system. The purpose of this thesis is trying to bring forward a new management mode that fit for China's present situation and the need of sport leisure industry through various research techniques, such as, summarizing, deduction, reasoning, and comparison.In the era of mass leisure, mass sport has made a critical transformation, and is becoming one means of leisure. So, the paper chooses to use"sport leisure"to replace"mass sport".China's present environment is mostly suitable for the development of sport leisure industry, and sport leisure demand is increasing rapidly recent years. However, its supply is far from enough, being the biggest problem. To solve it, we need the support of the whole society.The present management system of China's sport leisure industry is a kind of transit system, and has already formed two sub-systems, the government management system and the society management. system. But the society management system is actually subordinated to the government management system now, and can not fully display its function of prompting social support. So, its very necessary to make some change.Foreign experience shows that"government–society"management mode is superior to government management mode and society management mode. China can take"government–society"management mode as the basic mode. However, to further insure the suitability and effectiveness of management, we still need to adjust management according to the change of sport leisure industry. Based on this, the paper suggests a"government–society, phase management"mode, hoping to make the management more suitable to the present sport leisure industry.The new points of the thesis are:1. Chose to use"sport leisure"to emphasize the critical change of"mass sport"in the new era of mass leisure, and illustrated it in detail;2. Analyzed the present management system of China's sport leisure industry in detail, and summarized out its basic mode.3. Brought forward a"government–society, phase management"mode that supposed to be more suitable to the present sport leisure industry.
