Research On Gvernance Method And Mechanism In SOA Projects Fo Telecom Operators

After rapid business development, telecom operators have finished the internal construct ion of hundreds of IT systems with complex interfaces, which not only hinder the system d ata transmission efficiency and reliability, but also bring much trouble for maintenance work. All telecom operators pay close attention to the subjects such as how to improve the efficie ncy of the system interface, reduce the coupling degree, standardize service development wo rk,and reduce the maintenance workload.This paper focuses on the analysis of the theory of SOA,and how to make better use of the SOA architectural approach to maximize the value of SOA, and study the SOA-contr ol method in depth, then summarize the principles about regulatory framework, life cycle m odel, control organization, the overall process and norms of sevice combined with IT syste ms in telecom operators,finally a whole system of SOA planning including the process view, application view,information view and integration view of IT systems is descripted in detail, with the procurement process being the entry point.According to many cases, SOA control mechanism can be applied to IT resources inte gration in telecom operators, improve their business efficiency and user satisfaction, reduce i nvestment and improve the ROI.
