Research On The Partners Selection Of Virtual Enterprise

In the last ten years, the development of information technology and web technology brought great change to the anthropic product style and life style. The conventional mode of operation is developing towards CIMS. It becomes the valid means of advancing market competition capability to build Virtual Enterprise.Virtual enterprise, a kind of dynamic, network-allied organization based on market opportunity, is the organization type of manufacturing enterprise of the 21st century, whose members are dispersed geographically. So the selection of proper partners is critical to create virtual enterprise. The selection method of partners in virtual enterprise is systematically researched, and the selection partner system is built in this paper.Firstly, the selection process and comprehensive evaluation standards of the partners are discussed. "Three stages" selection method which includes initial selection, careful selection and elaborate selection is put forward. This paper focus on the careful selection and elaborate selection method. The careful selection is evaluated by an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the algorithm example is given. To minimize the manufacturing and transportation cost, a Genetic Algorithm combined with Simulated Annealing algorithm (GASA) is applied for the partner selection problem in elaborate selection. When the genetic algorithm is used individually, the result is plunged into local optimization resolution. But when the genetic algorithm combined with simulated annealing algorithm is used, it can accept some non-optimized results at random in the searching process, so it has strong searching capacity, and the result is jumped out the local minimum. At the end of the paper, based on the above work ,a partner selection system is development by the tools of JBuilder2005, SQLServer2000 and Tomcat5.0.27.
