The rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization has brought the fierce market competition, more and more supply chain management as a modern enterprise management mode in the market competition have outstanding, effective supply chain management can improve the level of service for enterprises, improve customer satisfaction, reduce the cost to obtain the market competition advantage. Therefore, the supply chain management by the industry wide concern., close cooperation and information on how to more effectively achieve supply chain management depends on the enterprises in supply chain. Therefore, information sharing is the key to successful supply chain management. But at the same time information sharing is also facing many problems, their pursuit of interests, the possible risk and moral risk factors are restricting the sharing of information, related research has obtained before sharing information and can’t always make the supply chain benefit conclusion. Therefore, the value of information sharing and the information sharing incentive research is necessary.Now the society is an information world, high-speed economic development constantly changing market demand, supply chain each enterprise is different on the link, information is not the same, how under asymmetric information more effectively to realize information sharing is the key to achieve supply chain management work. This paper makes full use of relevant research experience before, first introduced the current situation and results in the study of supply chain management and supply chain information sharing, gives the research content and framework of this thesis, and then discusses the basic theory of supply chain management and game theory, later in the narrative to do cushion. Then analyzes the supply chain information sharing the significance and possible resistance, and put forward can realize information sharing incentive mode. It uses multi-disciplinary knowledge, by constructing mathematic model, using game theory methods to study the value of information sharing and incentive problem. This paper designed a supply chain system with one supplier and one retailer, retailer holds private information in condition, through the establishment of a dynamic game process between both sides of supply and demand, analysis of the value of information sharing and may encounter resistance, and design the information sharing incentive model; and on the basis of this research design a single supplier and multiple retailers supply chain, when only a part of retailers are willing to participate in information sharing under the conditions, through the establishment of model to analyze the value of information sharing, and design suppliers to use price discrimination strategy to encourage all retailers reference and information sharing. Finally, the paper summarizes the shortcomings in the study, and the next step to be solved.
