| Based upon the systematical literature review and in-depth research of theories on Supply Chain and Supply Chain Management, knowledge management, and knowledge sharing, the knowledge sharing process among node enterprises on supply chains is divided into two phases, which are knowledge seeking and knowledge transfer. Further, a dynamic model of the process is established. What's more, an in-depth mathematical analysis of the process is conducted in terms of one demander to one supplier and one demander to multi suppliers. It is concluded that the knowledge sharing process among node enterprises on supply chains is a mutual and repetitious one. Particularly, it is a spiral ascending course. Through the sharing course, knowledge diffuses from individual node enterprise to most or even all the node enterprises. During this course of constant self-improvement, the shared knowledge gradually becomes useful not only for specific enterprises, but also for more node enterprises and at last for the whole supply chain.Besides, the knowledge sharing process among node enterprises on supply chains can be considered as a complete information dynamic game. Through the game model establishment and relative analysis, it is proved that the decisive factor influencing the realization of knowledge sharing among node enterprises on supply chains is the magnitude relationship between knowledge sharing cost and the new-round knowledge seek cost.Meanwhile, it is acknowledged that the knowledge sharing process among node enterprises on supply chains is a complex course. Other factors, such as core enterprises, trust, culture, organizational learning abilities, are also analyzed. Therefore, a comparatively comprehensive internal mechanism and external influencing factors of the knowledge sharing process among node enterprises on supply chains has been studied. |
