Research On Decision-making Mechanism Of Supply Chain Knowledge Sharing Based On Game Theory

In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has replaced traditional production elements. As the core strategic resource, knowledge acquisition and utilization is the key to obtain competition ability. With the rapid development of technology and increasing competition, enterprises face challenge of effectively deal with the external environment solely on their own knowledge resource. knowledge sharing through Supply chain becomes an important way to increase knowledge capital. And effective decision is prerequisite to its success. However, because of the knowledge attribute, supply chain characteristics and interactions between the members, knowledge sharing decision is hard to make. Existing research is insufficient in the decision mechanism problem.Based on game theory and cost-benefit analysis, knowledge sharing decision model is established to analyze the process. from the perspective of economical aspect and inter-organizational relationship characteristic, knowledge sharing mechanism is studied to seek for optimal benefit value of enterprise and supply chain.With review of related literatures on knowledge, knowledge sharing ,supply chain management and game theory, the characteristics of supply chain knowledge sharing process is clarified and the relation of cooperation and competitiveness between supply chain enterprise are analyzed. And supply chain knowledge sharing decision process is recognized as perfect information dynamic process. Then, according to the above analysis, Stackerlberg model is established, and through the equilibrium solution process, the optimal amount of knowledge and participate proportion are obtained. Next, from the distribution proportion, the condition of knowledge sharing cooperation is analyzed. In the end, based on the cooperation effect and knowledge difference of supply chain enterprises, suggestions are proposed in order to expand the overall benefit of supply chain knowledge sharing, which include strengthening the interactive relationship between the supply chain integration and improving absorptive capacity on the basis of relationship of supply chain members.
