Based on the game theory, this dissertation analyzes the question about ordering, pricing and allocation mechanism in the supply chain management by using the knowledge of game theory. An effective decision-making or coordinated mechanism can promote the firm in whole supply chain network. This dissertation is composed with 5 sections:1. Section 1 analyzes the development of the concept of supply chain, defines the conception of supply chain based on the point of objective; expatiates the background of the birth of SCM (supply chain management),the basic notion of SCM and its relation to conventional management theory; summarizes the SCM's level in china and the further study in this field.2. This section reviews the development and the productions of SCM,the application of game theory in SCM, especially in inventory ordering management and supply chain pricing decision.3. Section 3 introduces the basic knowledge of game theory, the game theory's spirit and classification, complete information static game and Nash Equilibrium, sequential game, backward induction and the mechanism design in SCM.4. In this section, we consider ordering cost and holding cost as two parts of inventory cost. On the assumption of the EOQ and EPQ models, we study the ordering cooperation when multi-firms order a product. The whole inventory cost will be reduced when all these firms order cooperatively and the allocation of the inventory cost is the new question that should be resolved. We improve that HCAG (Holding Cost Allocation Game) is the permutationally concave game, and bring forth the inventory cost allocation rule by utilizing the concept of core for cooperation game and PMAS (Population Monotonic Allocation Scheme). We also improve that this allocation rule is effective and can keep the firms cooperating.5. In this section, we study the pricing game in SCM. We analyze the influence of information sharing on pricing decision and the whole supply chain system's income. This section also analyzes the pricing decisions between manufacture and retailer in the different situations such as the unit transportation cost is determinate or stochastic and the different way in which retailer deals with the stochastic demand information and also study the system's income under the pricing decision and the cooperation situation.
